- Devices are initially set to your prescription, then gently dialed back — like training wheels — so you can adjust gradually.
- We use precise real-ear measurements (a small microphone near your eardrum) to ensure your hearing aids are performing as they should.
- Most importantly, we listen to you. Your feedback helps us fine-tune the experience until it feels just right.
At All Ears, we don’t believe in overcharging or overpromising. While many clinics bundle 3–5 years of services into their pricing, we take a more transparent approach. The truth is, most of the meaningful work happens in the first two months — and that’s where we focus our energy.
You’ll receive dedicated, hands-on care during this initial two-month program, where we’ll address:

After the first two months, most people only need annual check-ups. If you require more ongoing care, we offer affordable yearly service plans — no pressure, no long-term lock-ins.
